Seated and lying on your back, you’ll be guided through powerful up-regulating breathwork inspired by the Wim Hof Method and other energizing techniques to awaken the inner fire. As you enter an expanded state of awareness, a live shamanic-inspired soundscape will wash over you, activating the senses and clearing energetic blocks. The experience then melts into a deeply calming Yoga Nidra and sound bath, allowing for profound rest and integration.
