Coming off an exciting blockbuster run of superhero films this summer, WNDR is tasking all superhero (and villain) enthusiasts to come unite at our exhibit. Admission includes museum access and a special welcome beverage. Join us this week for WNDR Wednesday, in your favorite comicbook/superhero gear, for a night of community, immersive art and celebrating your inner, childlike wonder.

Fall Equinox w/ Giuliana Gilardo

Sanctuary of Stillness: A Fall Equinox Immersion As the Earth arrives at its moment of balance between light and dark, enter the Sanctuary of Stillness—a seasonal ritual designed to guide you inward through breath, body, and sound. This immersive experience is crafted to soothe the nervous system, unravel deep fascial tension, and harmonize with the shifting energies of autumn. We begin with gentle myofascial release using therapy balls, focusing on the lung and large intestine meridians—associated with breath, grief, and the art of letting go. Yoga straps support the body in opening and unwinding, allowing deeper access to release and restoration. Through intentional pranayama, we settle the mind and awaken internal spaciousness. You’ll be guided through restorative yin postures, surrounded by a meditative soundscape and immersive light projections that shift across the walls, echoing the inner transformation of the season. The journey concludes with a live sound bath to carry you into a deep state of resonance, rest, and renewal. Therapy balls and yoga straps will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat.
